MISUSE OF EMERGENCY ROOM (ER) CAUSING OVERLOAD
Misuse of emregency departments by non-emergency patients causes ER overloading, increased patient volumes, prolonged wait times, diversions of resources compromising patient care quality and put a significant financial strain on the healthcare system.

Leverage a combination of Virtual Reality, 3D-printed prototypes, printed UI, and storyboards to assess usability and human factors in a multi-modal setting.
